COVID-19 UPDATE FOR SERVICES
Our current hours of availability are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm. Saturdays 7am-2pm We are available via email: for party rentals, event planning and designs & balloon backdrops or phone: 951-977-9159. Appointment for event planning and designs are available by appointment and there is $50 charge for consultation of 30 minutes to 60 minutes consultation, if the order is booked, this fee will be applied to order. Please book an appointment with us via email or phone.
How we are able to support you during this time:

We have always had a order minimum as we currently we only offer delivery services.
We will be offering package deals on event planning and designs for Valentines day. We can offer a set up for two with table, tablecloth, napkins, dinnerware, silverware, centerpiece and backdrop for set up for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
When you are comfortable, we are offering appointments for designing purposes. Appointment times are available Monday- Friday :am-7:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-1pm. We can make a virtual video appointment for wedding, event planning consultation, we are available from 7:00am-1pm for calls. Call or email to book an appointment. Please follow COVID-19 protocols for your safety and we'll follow as well, for consultation, we need request ahead of time.
When we deliver, we will wear a mask and keep the COVID-19 6ft distance. You determine where you want us to drop off your items.

Like all in the event and hospitality industries, we are experiencing unprecedented cancellations and postponements. The uncertainty has challenged us to make necessary changes to help our business survive which includes cutting back our valued team. Here is our current status:

A small team is available virtually to take care of future reservations. Call us, email us, or Build an order online and we will work on creating some beautiful events to take place after this virus is controlled!
Our modified Telephone hours - Saturday, 7amam - 2pm.
Our days for deliveries and pick ups are 7am-8pm Monday to Sunday and schedules have window times provided under the discretion of our company, If your set up is in the front yard we need to pick up same day latest 8pm due to COVID-19 Restrictions. If set up is in the Backyard or front yard is gated and safe we can pick up next day between 7am-1pm. Any specific time delivery or pick ups incur a $50 specific time fee as we have to work around other orders to make specific requested time.
I first want to extend my heartfelt empathy to those of you planning special events that had to either be cancelled or postponed. Celebrating life and its joys is so important to our family, and I am saddened that many of your special celebrations are not able to happen in the coming weeks.
As we navigate event cancellations and postponements, I want to remind you of our policies to give you peace of mind. I believe we offer the most generous cancellation policy in the industry. If you need to cancel your order within 3 days of delivery date, we refund any amount of money paid. If you need to cancel within 2 days of delivery date, we charge a 25% restocking fee for all items because we have prepared and packaged your items. If you need to cancel within 1 day of delivery date, we charge a 50% restocking fee for all items because we have prepared your items and also loaded them. If we deliver your items, we charge the 100% rental fee.
We remain open at this time to assist with your event planning, however we have many digital options available to you. First, our website beautifully showcases all of our rental products and pricing so you can shop from home. With the ability to build an order on the website, you can accurately select your items and colors, and our team will finalize your quote order within 24 hours via phone or email. As always, we are available via phone or email to discuss your event needs, place orders, and process any changes.
All inflatables, and rentals are cleaned with disinfectant after every rental. The safety of our children and customers are very important to us.
