Deposit & final payment methods Policy

  • All orders require a deposit at time order is placed. 30-50% Deposit, if paying cash remainder due upon delivery. For online payments, full payment to be completed prior to delivery.

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and cash app. 

  • There is a $2.00 fee for all credit cards payments per transaction starting in 2020.

  • If deposit paid via, the following terms:

Delivery & Pick up fee policy
  • Delivery / Pick up fee is calculated by zip code. Delivery Timeframe of 4-5 hour window is required to avoid specific time fee. For Pick up our pick ups are same day latest 10pm on Saturday or between 7am-2pm next day. Sunday pick up latest 8pm. Next day pick ups are for backyard delivery if renting inflatables or tents. For any other items ok to do same day or next day pick up

Service Area   
  • We service the following cities, Riverside, Corona, Norco, Jurupa Valley, Mira Loma, Chino, Chino Hills, Yorba Linda, Ontario, Moreno Valley, Perris, Grand Terrace, Colton, Redlands & Woodcrest. Other cities further than mileage ratios can be considered but minimum rental would be higher.

Cancellation Policy & Fees
  • We reserve the right to cancel rentals if there is rain or wind forecast. We cannot set up canopies or bounce houses if winds are at 15mph or higher. Our main concern is safety. Our main goal is to ensure our clients are safe, and avoid accidents if we can avoid it. If an order is cancelled is due to weather issues we'll refund deposit, however if order is cancelled for other reasons, we can provide credit for a future event. If the order is cancelled if not taking this option, there is a cancellation fee please see below listing.

  • THE  FOLLOWING  FEES  APPLY  TO CANCELLATIONS  OR  ORDER CHANGES:
    DAY OF DELIVERY – 75% (unless order is in route it would be 100%) 
    2-6  DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT – 50%
    7  DAYS OR MORE – 25%

RENTALS Delivery Location & Exceptions Policy
  • Client is responsible to ensure all rentals remain on delivery premises, all bouncers are rented and homeowners insurance to cover any accidents. Esparza Rentals, will not be held responsible for any accidents cause during use. We do not service parks or apartment complex, only single family homes or commercial locations with insurance coverage.

Online & Telephone order Policy

Online orders as to be placed on 4-7days prior to event. We need to review and process your order.

  • 10% Off on bundles with bouncers or canopies

  • We can take last minute phone, text orders, depending if our schedule permits

  • Any last minute orders are to be done via text or telephone, to confirm delivery availability.

Dry Bounce Rental Wet Policy
  • When renting a dry bounce house. Sprinklers need to be turned off. Any bounce picked up with water will incur a $50 cleaning fee.

  • Bouncer cannot be moved from location set up, if moved an damage is found repair amount will be charged. Ranging $100-$500

Specific time fee Policy
  • If equipment needs to be delivered at specific time due to a surprise, events or deliver to venues. This fee is in addition to delivery fee, as we need to accommodate specific time for delivery and move route to ensure we are at location as requested for delivery / pick up. This fee will not apply if we deliver within at least a 3-5 hour window per equipment needs. 

Linen rental Policy
  • All linens are fully steamed and delivered on a hanger covered with plastic cover. Linens are expected to be returned to Esparza Rentals in good condition. All linens are delivered without stains or burns. If any damage is found on linens there, damage fee, replacement fee will be requested. If stain comes off, no charges will be applied.

Dinnerware & Glassware Policy
  • All dinnerware, flatware, glassware is delivered clean. These items need to be rinsed and returned in boxes provided. If any are items are broken upon return it will need to be paid by client. Please check all your items upon delivery to avoid any issues if damages are found upon return.

Promotions & package deals policy
  • Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions. Promotions exclude delivery fee if applies and taxable supplies. 

  • Package deals are already discounted. If orders placed online only 5% discount can be applied and no additional discounts can be combined. Promotions are based on order date. If you place an order for future date, promo will be applied to your order. Once promo expires promo can't not longer be applied.
